# Tickets

Open, find and complete support tickets (the ERP's Tickets module).

## Create a ticket

Open a support ticket for a customer, for example during a call. Used in particular by the Receptionist profile.

| AI assistants (MCP) | Offered if your profile and permissions allow it |

**Required information** : The customer and the subject of the request.

**Examples** :

> *Create a ticket for Toto Informatique: server down since this morning.*

## Search tickets

Find a ticket by reference, subject or customer.

## Add a message to a ticket

Add a follow-up message (reply, progress note) to an existing ticket. The message is private by default, visible internally only.

**Limits** : A posted message cannot be removed from SpeakDo.
