# Invoices and documents

Look up invoices and send an already generated document. SpeakDo does not create invoices directly: only turning an intervention into an invoice exists (see Interventions).

## Search invoices

Search invoices by reference or customer, filter by status (draft, validated, paid, abandoned).

**Required information** : A customer, a reference or a status.

**Examples** :

> *Show me this customer's unpaid invoices.*

## Send a document by e-mail

Send the customer a document already generated by the ERP (invoice, intervention, quotation or order) through the ERP's mail system.

**Required information** : The document. Recipient, subject and message have defaults: only state what you want to change.

**Examples** :

> *Send this invoice to the customer by e-mail.*

**Limits** : A sent e-mail cannot be recalled: check the recipient on the confirmation card.
