# Interventions

Create, complete, search and close interventions — a Dolibarr feature with no ERPNext equivalent.

## Create an intervention

Create an intervention for a customer with its first line (date, reason, duration) in the same confirmation.

**Required information** : The customer (from the context); date and time; the reason; the duration (1 hour by default).

**Examples** :

> *Create an intervention tomorrow at 10am at OSCIM to replace the director's PC.*

**Limits** : The first line is already included: use “add a line” only for an existing intervention.

**Limits under ERPNext** : La fiche d'intervention SpeakDo (lignes datées avec durée, passage en facture) n'a pas d'équivalent ERPNext : Maintenance Visit n'a ni durée, ni lignes de temps, ni projet, ni chemin vers une facture.

## Add a line to an existing intervention

Add a line (description, date, duration) to an intervention created earlier.

## Search interventions

Search open or planned interventions, filter by customer, status and date.

**Limits under ERPNext** :

- value “facturee” of `status` refused — Une visite de maintenance ERPNext ne se facture pas : aucun statut « facturée ».
- value “terminee” of `status` refused — Aucun statut ERPNext équivalent à une intervention terminée (seulement brouillon, soumise, annulée).
- filter `date_from` not supported — Filtre de date pas encore pris en charge avec ERPNext.
- filter `date_to` not supported — Filtre de date pas encore pris en charge avec ERPNext.
- filter `date_from_local` not supported — Filtre de date pas encore pris en charge avec ERPNext.

## Add a report to an intervention

Add a structured report to an intervention. If you mention a linked ticket (Tickets module active), SpeakDo finds it without asking for its number.

## Turn an intervention into an invoice

Create a customer invoice from an intervention, like Dolibarr's “Create invoice” button: invoice linked to the intervention, payment terms from the third party, left as a draft.

**Required information** : The intervention. Without explicit lines, Dolibarr copies the intervention lines without prices: complete the invoice in Dolibarr.

**Examples** :

**Limits** : Refused for a draft or already invoiced intervention. Accounting validation of the invoice is done in Dolibarr. Check the result in Dolibarr before treating the invoice as final.

**Limits under ERPNext** : Reproduit le bouton natif Dolibarr « Créer facture » d'une fiche d'intervention : aucun équivalent ERPNext.

## Change an intervention's status

Validate or complete (close) an intervention.
