Business profiles

For all SpeakDo users.

A business profile adapts SpeakDo to your role: the context sent to the engine, the actions offered, the vocabulary and the home examples. It also removes actions that do not belong to the role. A profile never grants extra permissions: your ERP permissions remain the final authority.

You switch profile from the app's Working mode selector, among the profiles allowed for your account. A profile may require some modules in your ERP (for example Third parties and Tickets): if they are missing, it is not offered.

The profiles below are those that actually exist in SpeakDo. Their availability also depends on your account configuration.

Generic profile#

Available. The default profile, with no specialization: it offers every action allowed by your ERP, permissions and modules.

Field technician#

Available. SpeakDo's original field profile: look up a customer and its arrival brief, write an intervention report, record time spent, find a piece of equipment (Code42's Gestion de Parc module) and its tickets. The examples come from IT and telecoms, but the profile fits any mobile technician.

Field sales rep#

Available. Before a meeting, a brief sums up the customer's situation: pending quotations, orders, unpaid invoices, latest exchanges. On the road, notes, reminders and quotations are dictated without opening the ERP. The profile can also send a document to the customer by e-mail and find customers close to your position.

Receptionist / call handler#

Available — locked profile. A deliberately restricted profile for unauthenticated callers (phone call, reception desk): identify the calling company or contact, create a ticket. It never exposes invoices or full customer records: identifications only return the identifier and name. Once active, it cannot be switched to another profile. It is the profile used by an AI phone agent connected to SpeakDo.

Warehouse#

Being validated. Picking and shipping: orders to prepare, stock availability, shipments, stock movements. Reads are in place; stock and shipping writes are developed and tested, and their validation in real conditions is in progress.

Site manager#

Being validated. Following a site's projects: project brief, overdue or remaining tasks, appointments, task progress. The profile is developed and tested; it will be offered once validated in real conditions.

Profiles under study#

Profiles for helpdesk and team management are being studied but are not developed to date.
