Choosing your ERP
SpeakDo works the same way whatever the ERP: mobile app, confirmations, business profiles and AI assistants share a common foundation. What changes from one ERP to another is the companion module installed in the ERP and the list of actions SpeakDo can execute with it.
What is common#
- The SpeakDo app (PWA), by voice or text.
- Pairing a phone with a QR code, with no ERP password entered in the app.
- Every write reviewed before it is executed.
- A closed action catalog: the assistant never gets open access to the ERP.
- The user's ERP permissions, applied to every action.
Dolibarr#
The original and most complete integration. The SpeakDo module, free and under the GNU GPL license, installs like any Dolibarr module and relies on the native REST API.

ERPNext#
A more recent integration, in initial support. A companion module (a Frappe app) links your instance to the SpeakDo middleware.
- Part of the catalog is bound to ERPNext: searches, opening records, quotations, orders, invoices and tasks. Some actions have no ERPNext equivalent and are explicitly refused — for example creating interventions. The details, generated from the code, are on ERPNext compatibility.
- Bindings are verified against the official ERPNext 15 definitions and covered by automated tests; their validation on a real instance is in progress.

Other ERPs#
No other integration is available today. SpeakDo is designed not to depend on a single ERP, but an integration is only presented once it actually exists.
