Find, identify and create third parties, and get a summary of their situation.

Search for a customer, prospect or supplier#

Search a third party by name, city, customer code or supplier code, or list your customers, prospects or suppliers.

Required information : A name or keyword (or nothing, to list by type).

Examples :

Find the customer OSCIM.

List my prospects.

Limits under ERPNext :

• value “prospect” of nature refused — Sous ERPNext, un prospect est un autre DocType (Lead, Prospect) que le client (Customer) : le chercher comme un client serait une fausse équivalence.
• value “fournisseur” of nature refused — Sous ERPNext, un fournisseur est un DocType distinct (Supplier) : non couvert par ce binding.

Create a new third party#

Create a customer or prospect with name, phone, e-mail and address.

Required information : The name (required); phone, e-mail, address (optional).

Examples :

Create a new customer: Martin Bakery, 06 12 34 56 78.

Get a customer brief#

Summarize a customer's situation from ERP data, adapted to the active profile: exchanges, quotations and orders for a sales rep; open interventions and tickets for a technician. Facts come from the ERP; the language engine summarizes them without inventing any.

Required information : The customer (taken from the active context if selected).

Examples :

Give me an update on Dupont before my meeting.

Find the customer you are visiting#

On arrival, list known customers located right next to your phone's GPS position, to load the right customer into the context. Triggered by the app's “I've arrived at a customer” button.

Required information : The position measured by the phone (never typed or guessed).

Identify a company#

Find a company from the name given by a caller, returning only its identifier and name — never the rest of the record. Used by the Receptionist profile.

Required information : The company name.

Examples :

I'm calling from Toto Informatique.

Identify a contact#

Find a contact from their name, without disclosing their full record. Used in particular by the Receptionist profile.

Required information : The contact's name (and possibly their company).

Examples :

This is Paul Durand from OSCIM.
