Find projects, summarize their progress, create and update tasks.

Create a task#

Create a task in an existing project.

Required information : The project (from the context or found by name); a label; an optional due date.

Examples :

Create a task “Follow up with the customer” in this project.

Limits : You never need to know the project identifier.

Search tasks#

Search tasks by label or project, with filters: remaining, overdue, due between two dates.

Examples :

Which tasks are overdue on the Dupont site?

Update a task's progress#

Update the progress of an existing task.

Required information : The task; the new progress.

Examples :

Set the “Cabling” task to 80%.

Limits : An unchanged progress is refused rather than writing an empty change.

Search projects#

Search projects by reference or title, filter by customer and status.

Examples :

Find the Dupont Renovation project.

Limits under ERPNext :

• value “brouillon” of status refused — ERPNext n'a pas de projet brouillon (statuts : Open, On hold, Completed, Cancelled).

Get a project brief#

Summarize a project or site: customer, due date, overdue or remaining tasks, upcoming appointments, latest notes and linked quotations, from ERP data.
