SpeakDo documentation
SpeakDo is a mobile business assistant connected to your ERP. From the SpeakDo app (a PWA installed on your phone) or from an MCP-compatible AI assistant, you look up your data and prepare business actions by voice or text: SpeakDo prepares the action, you review it, your ERP executes it with your permissions. Users, permissions and reference data stay in the ERP.
Two integrations are available: Dolibarr, the original and most complete integration, and ERPNext, in initial support. To compare them, see Choosing your ERP.
I am an administrator#

I use SpeakDo Mobile#
I want to use an AI assistant#
The Claude connector is validated with SpeakDo. Other MCP clients are not presented as validated until they have been tested.
What SpeakDo is not#
- SpeakDo does not replace your ERP: it acts inside the ERP with your own user permissions, never with extra rights created by SpeakDo.
- SpeakDo never writes to the ERP without your explicit confirmation for any committing action.
- SpeakDo is not compatible with every ERP: only the Dolibarr and ERPNext integrations exist today.
License#
The SpeakDo module for Dolibarr is distributed under the GNU GPL license. This license only covers the module installed in Dolibarr; the SpeakDo application, APIs, middleware and hosted services are offered separately, under the SpeakDo service terms.
